Yes, they need longer leads! It puts too much of a restriction on ESC location. I wonder why they are so short? I know the theory of short leads but let's be realistic here. Every other manufacturer has longer leads.

Maybe other manufacturers have bigger capacitors which are able to withstand the higher ripple voltage associated with longer leads, and the ZTW's don't??? (Not saying they don't have big enough capacitors, just throwing it as there as a "maybe"....)

Gents, this is a perfect discussion to have with ZTW's US distriubtors on this site, AltitudeHobbies and QuantumHobby. You can find them in the Vendors section. I'm sure either one would be happy to confirm or dispel any theories on components and construction. Shoot, you might be able to provide some feedback to them that might result in increased leads! :)
