    On the 64" is there a cowl opening or something? Those components really need some airflow or they will suffer a short lifespan.

    Yes, you need to open up an area in the fuse. Otherwise your motor, batteries, and esc will cook!

    Thanks! Exactly the info I needed. As I become a better pilot I am starting to notice that certain things with a lot of stick action feel a little disconnected compared with realflight etc. I think I may be outgrowing the A9.

    Those SFG's look great! I like the painted control horns as well. I agree with everything Enterprise posted about the RX pack. LiFe packs are pretty inexpensive at value hobby. I have had good luck with the geforce ones I have purchased from there.

    There is nothing wrong with a lipo. I just happen to run LiFe.

    The new dle ignition will take a Lipo... as long as you have an ignition kill you can get away with one pack. I run a single pack on my gasser without any issues. I am using a LiFe pack rather than lipo though.

    Yes I do already have one... :) I like the performance on it as well... the plane is much faster. The 20" prop makes post stall really nice though.

    Thanks for the info... I definitely like to hover ;) I was getting 8000 rpms on the ground with the xoar 19x8. You don't think I will be over-revving the motor in flight?

    What tx are you flying with? My Hitec Aurora 9 has voltage telemetry built in. The new 9x is not expensive by pro level tx standards. I believe the newer spektrum tx's ha e it built in as well. Maybe it is time for a radio upgrade. Depending on what you use now you could maybe sell it to...
