    This probably won't surprise anyone, but DA has Really Good customer service. The MTW header on my DA60 broke. I called DA and they said "sorry, the manufacturer doesn't warranty the header, but ship it to us and we'll fix it - no charge." I did, and two days after they received it I get a call...

    Pulled the broken header out of my EF 88 Edge. I believe using two cannister mounts caused the break, and I should switch to a single mount. Any opinions?

    You're probably right, but think that we balance our props by adding drops of CA to one side of the hub. Doesn't take much mass there to make a difference.

    The extra play I'm worried about is due to the ID in the washer being larger than the prop bolt, so the washer would not be centered on the bolt. Changes the balance?
