DA service

This probably won't surprise anyone, but DA has Really Good customer service. The MTW header on my DA60 broke. I called DA and they said "sorry, the manufacturer doesn't warranty the header, but ship it to us and we'll fix it - no charge." I did, and two days after they received it I get a call from Casey at DA service, "it's fixed, shipping it back tonight." How about that?

Sure, the header is not the most expensive part, but that kind of service makes me happy.

2 !! Ha, but I've ran my DA-50 for over 6 yrs. now & never had a reason yet to send it in !! Maybe I should this winter ?!!
