Are you running those savox 1231 on unregulated LiFe packs, or regulated to 6v? I am thinking about giving those a try on my next 50cc build.

Did you notice any big difference in the 54 vs 55 yak in the air? I am considering building a 30cc yak and setting it up on gas instead of electric.

It is slightly heavier that some of the comparable sized 3dhs planes. I am still playing with what size lipos to run in it and that will have a lot a effect on the float...etc. Right now with the heavier 4s 5000mah packs it carries a lot of speed and makes for really nice high speed tumbles and...

    Nice standoffs!

Hmm, true. Still, no doubt they are out of the same factory.

    Nice standoffs!

8s 5000 (2 4s 5000 mad dog lipos) Dualsky 6355 motor hs 7955 all the way around. I do see a slight difference on the lower cowl mount on yours. Other than that, same plane. Keep an eye out over on my vendor forum and I will have some pics, thoughts...etc once it gets passed around the field.

    What's on your bench?

Shot you a PM. The plan is to maiden the 30cc MXS this weekend. Probably wont do a 50cc for myself for a while, but if any locals end up with one you can bet I will be hounding them for some low and slow camera passes. The quality looks pretty good. They are a bit overbuilt, but still very...
