Tomorrow I plan to swap out all the servo arms for my normal double lock aluminum arms. They are a bit longer than the aluminum arms it came with. Why? Because I want as much "Beating Throw" as I can get on those surfaces. I really don't have much to do after that. Install the gas pedal servo, loom the snake skin on the harnesses, set the throws, install the flight packs and button her up. Got three more days to get her flight ready before the weekend. I think I can make it.

Honestly a stroke of dumb luck really. The badest bad ass of all time, SupaTim posted it on his website page on FB. The 100cc Pilot Edge and the 100cc Aeroworks Ultimate belonged to a customer/friend of his. The friend needed to make room for a new QQ Yak 54 and said these needed to go to make room. He said he wasn't hurting for money and really was not selling them for the money so to speak. The Aeroworks Ultimate had a mere 10 flights on it....and the Edge brand new, basically completed and stored without ever fueling it or flying it. Both have kick butt B and E graphic packages on them. I offered him 1400 for each of the new planes ready to fly and boom....got my filthy little grippers on both. Of course you know, I can 't resist a Pilot Edge. LOL. Yeah...!!!!!!!

Got a new to me toy today. From what I can tell it has never been run. Just needs some surface rust cleaned up on the guide post and height adjustment screws. Nothing a little scotch bright and lithium grease cant take care of.

Planers make wood working SO MUCH EASIER! I have a Craftsman Professional 12" 3 blade planer that is close to 20 years old and it just keeps on going :) I have replaced the blades 3 times because they just wore out from use and sharpening :)

Rob have you ever had a problem with the Tygon chaffing where it passes through the plywood? I'm always paranoid about that and always install these rubber grommets... :omg:

I do worry about the chaffing. Usually I also use rubber gromets. But with the snakeskin, there is no concern.
