Looks like your well on your way to a really nice 30cc airframe:attaboy:. For those cowl cutouts that chip around the edges (most paint jobs do) I found the best way for me (not that it is the best way) is to mask off the area you will be cutting out. Use a dremel cut off wheel to cut out the area inside the masking tape. Then use a dremel drum sander to shape the opening to your liking. Hand finish sanding the edges with 120 grit to present even and straight edges. Finally apply a strip of Formost Products U-Trim to prevent further chipping of the paint at the edges.

Will be working on the throttle and the choke . Have to figure out where and how the choke is going to operate from the bottom or with a bell crank into the fuselage. Will try to not use a servo on the choke.
Just a question does anybody within GSN have a Inversa33.

Looked it up and found it on tower hobby but they have several sizes which one did you use on your cowl. I believe the 1/8 work do you agree.

Got the throttle and the choke done the choke could not go through the front or the bottom so it ended up going back into the fuselage. And making a bell crank and then out the side just ahead of the wing.

Just have to get the ignition mounted on the side of the motor box. Ounce that is done the spinner and propeller can be installed and it will start to look like a aeroplane.
