GoPro mount?

I'm rebuilding a plane soon and one plan I had was to put a couple spaced out blind nuts on each side of the fuse. Just behind the canopy. When I feel ready to mount a camera on it I can make a camera mount and just pop though the covering for two 3mm screws on each side to hold it on.

It's not like it costs anything really to try other positions though.
