    42" Vyper Bype

Any recommendations on Futaba servo arms for this bird? If I go with the Turnigy digitals, it looks like they have Futaba splines. Normally I'd just pick up the same DuBro HD arms I've been using for HiTec, but have read a few reports lately about possible quality (slop) problems with them -...

    Extreme Flight Owners Thread

I just did something similar on my Laser 60 build, also worked great. I screwed the nose cone screws in to the back side of the spinner base far as they would go, right up to the screw heads. Snugged up the spinner base plate to the motor, aligned the cowl with the tabs/trim lines and butted...

    42" Vyper Bype

Saw all the posts over the last few weeks, and was able to resist the sale and free shipping. I need another plane like a hole in the head. But, once I read how this thing was powered/configured - that was too much. Had to pull the trigger. Reason being - I've got a plane I really don't care...

    60" Laser-EXP

Well duh...guess who hasn't plugged the wings on yet. I assumed they would bolt through the fuse sides like all my others. About the only way I'd feel dumber, is if I'd chosen that location to attach my TM1000. That spot was on the short list before I plopped it below the RX...

    60" Laser-EXP

Just finishing things up, hoping to maiden in the next day or so. This is one sweet bird... Perhaps a dumb question - but whut the heck are these blind nuts on the RX tray for? Can't find reference to them anywhere.

    New Here? Introduce yourself!

Found you guys via a link from one of the big shots...don't remember which one. Maybe Doc or Cody? Living/flying in Port Angeles WA, at a small but great club (ORCM.) Flew briefly back in the 80's, but just started up again about 4 months back. Me: All hat, no cattle. Have acquired several...
