    I'm thinking giant scale starts a little bigger than this. At the big bird events it's usually 80" or greater mono or 60(or so) for bipes. Some will squeak by with a 25% class, which this is.

    Yes.. basically you want the servo arm pointing at the carb linkage as much as possible. This'll help with the expo. Then adjust the endpoints. I added some expo at the bottom of my throttle curve, about 30%. It's mostly linear but as I have found with my two gassers, most of the power...

    Mike, I would but can't afford it... :) :) In Jacob's video...which is some nice flying BTW....go back to :18. I (and some others maybe), would have landed to check out the plane to avoid a total loss. Sort of like checking the oil, tires, etc in your kids cars, you know they are not...

    When I smiths doing it it made sense, I did the 87 and 103 before the first flight. Not as hard as it looks. I set the collar, then drilled through the collar and shaft at once.

    Agree on the 8s, I had a 4325 and a pair of 4000 touching the wing tube. Plenty of power but I felt it was heavy though I never weighed it. Everything else I have is 8s and in the end I sold it at the FLI.

    A little cotter pin on the axle prevents all wheels from coming off. :) So handy bigfoot comes standard with the pin and predrilled hole now.
