    It was a kick but plane... However my opinion about the rudder, regardless who makes it: It could be bigger :) I'm not saying it was insufficient, but I'd have enjoyed the plane more if it was larger. I think Matt said the 73" rudder was similarly sized.

    I flew Matt's 56" in Tulsa... Very precise airplane, tumbled nicely. My only complaint is that for my flying style, there isn't enough rudder authority.

    did the same thing to mine, but it was simply because I didn't like the strips AND checkers... felt they looked silly... 1 consistent pattern is plenty for my OCD.

    To me, with my slow thumbs, they seemed to add a pinch of instability in high alpha; essentially the plane was easier to harrier without the tips on.

    Nice, the MXS was definitely one of my favorite 60" exps.... It tumbles like no other. My favorite config was sfg with no tips. Almost as stable as the edge that way. Good power system setup. Make sure you inspect the servos for slop. The older 5245mg's didn't have as robust of a case design...

    Greg, The throttle issues are on he ZTW high voltage, and since you're running the Vyper on 6s, that's a non-issue for you. However, (the down side of 6s vs. HV) is that your amperage will be higher, and so the 100A is the lowest I'd use, but it should work ok: ~2000w / 23.5v = ~85a Also, if...

    I'm glad everything worked out. I don't take this stuff personal, so don't think I'm upset. Servo wars bring out the best in everyone :) I felt based on your post which discussed suggested collusion between all vendors in RC, some clarification on where I stand and where I come from was pertinent.
