    I don't think anybody likes that. But if it's any consolation it's gonna be 88 here on Saturday. Then probably into the 100's in two weeks. But it's a dry heat.

    We got over an inch in less than an hour yesterday. Still cloudy and cold but the 80's are coming. I got to ditch the walker and start walking unassisted yesterday. Hopefully my new knee and flying weather will start to get better at about the same time. :banana-dance:

    I can't even imagine both at once. The next day (evening) after the surgery was the worst. Let's just say thanks for Dilaudid. :rolleyes:

    Knee replacement surgery last Wednesday. I ventured out to the shop to see if I could make it. I did so I thought let's bolt up the new DLE30 muffler I just got from Tower Hobbies. Uh Oh it's almost twice as long as the muff on my 2 year old engine. Can't see any reason for that but to add nose...

    My back seems to be getting better! Had a total replacement of my right knee done Wednesday. A lot of pain and physical therapy but I haven't had the ol' sciatic kick in since. Back to the shop this afternoon then soon it's time to go out flyin! :attaboy:

    20-30 sustained with gusts to 40 for the next four days. Then, I go in for knee replacement surgery! No flying for a while for me. :(

    Flat on the bed floor between the fenders with the tailgate closed? The truck market has sure changed. Big luxurious cabs and short narrow beds. It's really hard to find a new extended cab long standard bed with a standard transmission. But this isn't supposed to be a truck thread. I'll go back...

    My wife and I bought a brand new off the showroom floor 88 Mustang 5.0 GT Convertible. Black on grey leather. Wicked fast until you had to stop or turn a corner. Traded it for a 88 Suburban when we discovered the child safety seat didn't work too well. Never looked back.

    Septic tank is pumped. Trailer re-decked. Weather breaking this afternoon. I'm hitched and loaded ready to go flyin tomorrow!
