    3 flights on the QQ Extra and the Maiden of the Crack Turbo Beaver today. I even drove myself to the field no more Oxycodone for me. Next week after I catch up with weeds and lawn it's time to take the trailer out to the field and fly some gassers!

    Put the floats together and on the Crack Turbo Beaver this afternoon. Got the wrong prop on it. It's more like a motor boat.

    Thats a lot of work right there. Took me back to when I was a kid. My parents would take me to the Buhl Planetarium in Pittsburgh to see the model railroad exhibit every Thanksgiving weekend.

    Hard to like a post about a broken lawn tractor in June. Why don't they break down in December? My old STX38 was getting so fussy last summer I bought a new D110 just to have the old tractor available as a backup. Got to admit that the new tractor mows so much better.

    In anticipation of a lot of sitting around after surgery I purchased a Twisted Hobbies Crack Turbo Beaver. Well I just finished it. Still have to find the cg and put some velcro on for the battery. Might try and fly it tomorrow.

    I went to physical therapy and well since I was already half way there. Went out to the field. 2 flights on the QQ Extra! Cloudy and cool almost cold! Raining at the house now. Great more weeds. :face-palm:

    I'm itching to pull the trigger on a Bill Hempel 25% Extreme Decathlon. Got a VVRC 40cc twin I think would work perfect. Just waiting for medical bills to stop coming.

    Nice, I built my Sig 1/4 scale J-3 cub around 1995/96. YS 120 for power. Flies great, clipped wing probably more exciting.

    Kevin aren't you in Arizona? I'd look at a big evaporative cooler. Cost much less to operate and cools really well in hot dry climates.
