    Back when I was flying pattern, one of the "big dogs" told me the elevator halves should be coupled mechanically because it's impossible to get two servos to move exactly the same. That's easy to see even with the best two-servo set up if you tape down long sticks (one from each elevator half)...

    Help finding these wicked gas cans/tanks

    I used a bicycle pump for a long time with a plastic 2 gallon gas can. Worked great, just a couple of strokes and you're done, fills a 32 oz tank in 30 sec.

    Not a lot of interest, that's OK. I found this YouTube with some good detail of the bottom ... I decided to go for the competition scheme, made the purchase tonight. Also bought the DA-70. Should be good.

    I'm about to whip out the credit card for a 93" AJ Laser but have not chosen the color scheme. I've seen pictures of the "retro scale" top and bottom, but not so much for the other, "competition" version. Does anyone have pictures of the bottom on the competition version?     Mid-90s here this weekend, but we're real lucky that our field has a nice stand of trees that we pit under. 10 mph breeze (right down the runway) kept it cool... great day out.
