JR 9503, radio set up for a servo on each aileron

There you go, it's another way to do it. It's nice in that you can choose any channel from the receiver for your second aileron channel in the event that you have separate flaps. Thinking back on this I'm pretty sure, before I went to the manual, I tried to go to the Wing Type screen to...

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

I only got in one flight after flying the Swift a few times. The Swift is so much slower that the Hyperbipe caught me off guard. It wasn't trimmed out yet so it sort of skidded out of site as I was trying to get it straight but it's pretty quick and was nice and straight by the time it landed...

JR 9503, radio set up for a servo on each aileron

what do you mean, with a y connector? with a y connector the aileron differential has to be done with your hardware whereas the two channels allow you to do it in the radio.

    **sticky** Understanding Lithium Polymer Batteries

INTERNAL RESISTANCE Internal resistance is yet another concept that relates to the overall health of your LiPo battery packs. Even a simple length of copper wire has a certain amount of resistance in it. Resistance (measured in Ohms) is the characteristic of an electrical circuit that...

    **sticky** Understanding Lithium Polymer Batteries

PART 2 UNDERSTANDING DISCHARGE LIMITS It was pointed out before that your LiPo cells are nominally rated at 3.7 volts per cell. When they're finished charging they will actually be at 4.2 volts per cell. As the cells discharge during use the voltage being produced will quickly...

    **sticky** Understanding Lithium Polymer Batteries

I wrote this for the multirotorforums.com site about a year ago and figured some of y'all would find it helpful so I'm reposting it. In researching a few questions I had on Lithium Polymer batteries recently it occurred to me that it would be nice if we had a comprehensive LiPo battery...

JR 9503, radio set up for a servo on each aileron

turning off the flaps is done by putting INH under the FLAP switch function, the first line after the picture. it's sooo easy to damage stuff by leaving the switches active.

JR 9503, radio set up for a servo on each aileron

There are so many little gotchas in this stuff....having the 9503 before the 11x probably helped you to get the trim snag figured out.
