My house was getting releveled this morning while I was out flying my second day of IMAC contest of which I was giving this 1st place hat for Basic class

He must be someone's house pet because he wasn't afraid of nothing (even me getting right up to him to smack him off my Jeep since he wouldn't leave.... :oblong: ).

I should feel very lucky then. Though there was virtually no wind, clear skies and beautiful sun shinning, it was actually very pleasant at the field today. Ah but, "the rest of the story".... I packed it in at one o'clock today. The Sukhoi hid out in the shade till I was ready to leave. (Smart plane eh? LOL) I had a great time helping my buddy test fly all his new rides. Though I am not huge on the glow (shudder) thing...he got some pretty sweet deals over the last two weeks. A Pulse 60 given to him flight ready. He just needed to return the O.S. 90 and get his own power plant. My son happened to have a sweet O.S. 91 FS for "fity" bucks. The plane flies great with it. Then he picked up a Pulse 125 with a Saito 125 and all servos and hardware. Flight ready.... With brand new field box, starter, "ALL" the compliments a guy could ever need. Glow starter, tach, temp sensor...you name it....he got it. Basically for a buck and a half. So we be flyin' lots of his glow, (shudder) planes. LOL. But I had a really great time today anyway. No matter...it just don't matter. I will fly "anything". "Gimmie the sticks, I'll fly it". LOL

Yes Tanner...I get in those moods. Been beatin' on the planes a lot lately. Today, just loops and rolls and hammerheads and split "s'"... and just slow relaxing stuff with the Sukhoi. Ah but that's ok. Taking Baby out for a date next weekend. I am going to wail on that girl. HEE HEE

Been there, done that. When I'm just not feeling it I can't think of things I want to try and just waste most of the flight flying around. Then other times your so into it it seems like the timer starts beeping right after you took off.

For sure - sometimes I go the field and just sit in my chair on my trailer ramp like a space cadet. I simply don't know what that is all about. I may only fly a few times on those days and as you put it, "just not feel it" is the issue. I think that is when we are just tired and the motivation is somewhere else.
