Not that it may matter a ton to you, but do you know how much weight this will add to your plane? I do think you did a great job!

Proud owner of a new Sukhoi:dancing-chicken:

I met up with Herve a couple days ago at his new warehouse and just one look and the pure size of the cowl I had to have one.
Kinda funny story, we both got out of our vehicles and he gave me that look and said I was crazy to be wearing shorts. It was 67 out and I am from Minnesota. ( he had on a sweater)Enough said.
Good guy and look forward to flying his brand!

You wont be sorry! My edge is one of the best planes he has ever sold me, customer service was top notch, and he still answers my questions after two years of purchase!

Tyler, this will be a IMAC only plane so a "little" bit of weight won't be as much of a penalty as if a freestyle plane, but yes the finished baffles all up weight was just under 9 oz. But I am quite sure the benefits of the cooling will out weigh the extra weight.

I spend more time on various PAU Edge threads, since I'm assembling a new one, but sneak in here from time to time.
You guys doing this complex 4 cyl baffling amaze me. The rudimentary "Creative Foam" baffling I do on my DA-70 and 120's is challenging enough.
