    Well... They weren't necessarily lying at RCU, the airframe DOES need some mods prior to flying it... Especially that strong of a motor. Please read back in this thread for how to reinforce the wings, and also liberally apply ca anywhere you can inside the fuse.

    Hello, I've had similar issues mounting the dle55ra and dle61 which has the same spread out lower bolt pattern. You'll be fine! Just cut that part of the firewall that sticks out, so it's flat. Then drill and mount.

    I can, they're fromeco Relions, so they charge at 1c and I can charge through the outside of the wolverine switch

    I think bbrown2828 had asked about my interior layout: Everything is as forward as I can get it without moving the batts outside the motorbox. SnowDog, I'll get you an AUW tomorrow and we can compare :)

    Guys, lets shift the logo stuff to email for now please. Mike has final say :) I just finished sealing all the hinge lines on the extra. Really easy to do with some black, since the whole bottom is black! Should have done it during build, but I was in too much of a hurry. Can't wait to fly...

    Brought my trailer, so all of them :) Tomorrow I'll be flying my 72" Extra, 92" Edge, and new Redwing 89" Extra with all the new vinyl on it. Hopefully I can get someone to take some pictures!

    Make your own electric fueler! SnowDog, bbrown2828, cardenflyer: I recommend you remove and reinstall the lower canopy mounting tabs... Use with thin ca, then epoxy/thick CA. Both of mine came out in flight. Already talked with Tim about it, and some kind of product bulletin is forthcoming.
