Pay no attention to how bad the poor Python 100 looks at the moment. Focus on the new hanging system. I purchased this for a bicycle years ago and repurposed it this morning.

A kayak holder. Great idea.

I played with my DLE20 that’s supposed to go in the glitter. Put a bowman ring on. 0.004”
Gap wow.
Slapped a little VVRC bling on the diaphragm plate.
Then check the timing. Stock was 35’ and brought it closer to 30.

What did you use to set the timing. What i used does not work because it needs some speed to work.

Roughed out the Pietenpol rudder this evening after I returned from the field.

Got started on the fuse sides this evening. I’ll try to remember and take a pic or two next time I’m out in the shop.

While not exactly in my workshop the plan is for it to make it there. This one part of this black cherry tree has been leaning more and more every year. Part of it finally broke the other day so I decided it was time to cut the entire leaning portion down. The long portion will go to the mill in a month. Other usable parts got cut up to dry out and then chunk up and use in my smoker. The rest was loaded up and hauled to the brush bin at the dump. Decided to run the saw down the middle of a small piece to see the grain and boy is it pretty. Next up is another black cherry and two sweet gums that are in the way. Both will come down and be milled up.
