International shipping would be a pain on a new fuse... I don't mind a rebuild though. As for the expiration date, this was unfortunately a lack of attention to detail on the maiden. I forgot to check the control surface movement. Threw it up, five seconds later it plowed into the ground. Remember people: ALWAYS DO YOUR PRE-FLIGHT CHECKS!!!!

Second showing for this favorite! Seems a steel light pole is tougher than the venerable EF airframe. Just a silly depth perception issue. Had the Single wing KE going for a while but the CG shifted fwd at impact and I couldn't hold the KE for the 180 turn back to land. Servos sold (3 of 4 were fine). Motor and esc to see another EF 60" airframe. Most likely the MXS. Haven't had one and have a Laser. Perhaps the new Yak if it makes it over before I get impatient! Love the Extra but have a 78.

Ouch! that's a tough one...was did that poor airframe every do to deserve that? ;)

that would test anyone's skills at rebuilding, that's for sure. Makes my Bigfoot repairs look like child's play! :O

It wasn't the fault of the airframe at all, in my excitement and nervousness for the maiden I forgot to check control surface direction

I've done that before myself, more than once to be honest. I've suffered the same fate.

Happy to help forward a replacement your way if I can.

Does this one look familiar? It was Jeff's plane at Wenatchee last year after it stalled in a hover. (Jeff was not the one flying it at the time) Sorry for your loss Jeff!

Gravity sucks!

"One RULE for this thread, it MUST be your plane!"

Don't mean to be a stickler but do you have Jeff's and/ or the pilots OK to post their carnage? Or better yet, show and tell some of your own "trash"! Don't tell us you don't have any!
