Shortly before I sheared the rudder off my plane on a failed harrier landing, a skilled photographer named Sean at a neighboring club got these shots of my Edge.

First post on this forum, a friend of mine w=runs this in gas at our field and I started collecting the parts for the electric version. Any idea when they will have these in stock again? Earlier in the thread there was a link to a setup using the Hacker A60 6XS 28-Pole Series Motor V2, I had a $200 gift certificate at espritmodels that I won during the holidays so the motor was free. The didnt have the ICE 100, I bought the Talon 90/95, from the numbers Ive seen it looks like it rarely hits 100 amp, closer to 90.

Anyhow, Ill go back to reading while I wait for these to get back into stock again.

According to rcg thread they are being shipped along with the white scheme that is replacing silver. They aren't sure about timeframe.

Spoke to Noel at 3DHS, says the Red one should be coming in around a month or so. Ive never seen the silver or white ones in person but the red looks awesome, would love to see a blue one.

Two red ones at the same field might just get too confusing.

Good point, I was thinking about this last night...might have to change colors although I wish they made the same scheme yours is in but different color.

Ive been researching the 4330 in either 298kv and 282kv for 8S and a 100amp ESC. The ESC is limited because of the cell count, Im looking at the Jeti Mezon 120.
Still havent made up my mind on the motor, Ken says I can probably get away with a 21X8 on the 282KV, has another else ran either of the 8S setups on this airframe?

Are you dead set on 8s? What type of flying do you want to do. high or low energy? The 4330 is a wonderful choice as it is lighter than the A60-5S fo about the same power and cost. Just pick a wind that works for you. Also the Hackers are pushing the size limit on the e-box with the x-mount being wide. I am considering e-converting mine and I have a A60-7S laying around, but I am not sure how much work I have to do to get it to work. I got a different ARF for a float plane I think I will use the motor on, so I am considering getting a 4330 myself.
