Thanks. I didn't get around to getting a video on this plane on doing the glass method. Scheme is just a bit to complicated to be trying to do it all on video. Next plane I do will be fairly simple though so I will video that one.

Got my ESC and battery mounts installed on the profile. Once I determine the final CG I'll attach some kind of battery strap to the mount. For the mounts I laminated some .5mm carbon sheet to 1/16 lite ply. One layer of each for the ESC and two layers of each for the battery. I used 5 minute epoxy to glue the sheets together. Came out very sturdy and light weight. All the screw heads on the battery side are recessed flush so I can go right over them with some Velcro and they won't rub the battery.

HA! I am glad I saw this. I was getting a little concerned when I saw "Tranny yellow" written on your template for the canopy.

LOL Yeah I refer to all transparent colors as tranny.
