Well I adjusted the throw volume on the elevator of the Pilot edge and it made all the difference.
I can actually do low or high energy pop tops. Low energy has a nice 3/4 twist rotation inverted when entering from a 45 up line and right positive snap. I exited slow rolling in to the harrier. I now got the tightest KE spin I have ever seen with this plane. And all due to just increasing the throws another 3/8" .
Was going to get some vid but Dr. Moron (the stupid voice in my head giving improper guidance) showed up.
Here is what I did get.......
Damage was limited to rudder , prop and slight crush to LE of R-wing. LUCKY I is! Did run out checks of engine and all appears OK! What actually happened is the transmitter vibrated off the stand! Should have left it in my hand and laid it down when setting the camera. Lesson Learned AGAIN! Sucks getting old.
