So what we did not see in the two following flights after the maiden is the two down to the deck high alpha harries with smoke "BOILING" off the bottom side of the plane as I dipped her down to within about 15 feet at a 45% nose up alpha. Is that low enough with a new unproven airframe/motor @Terryscustom????

15' is the "dead zone". Engine konks plane needs bags for the ride home, 6" - 18" plane needs minor repairs or in most cases flip the prop and go back to flying!!

If finding headers is impossible I would think you could modify the 3W headers.

Yeah, you could. But it would be the same pattern as the DA 100.
