Making some tail feather parts today. Used an angle block to get the metal bend.

More parts building, these are brass hinges pieces and control arm for the elevator.

Just doing small pieces, checking off to do items one at a time. Some elevator hinge work yesterday.

What type of jig did you use for the hinges?

I spot soldered the 12 x 1/8" and 3/8 tubes together and just cut what i needed. I laid the 2 tubes in a small section of angel iron for alignment.
