    Cut, tapped, bent, sanded and filed a semi scale handle. Not round like the real one but similar. And 30 minutes of work so no big deal. Sorry for the big photos. Still can't figure out how to make them medium size.

    Framed up the lower door section. Don't normally use CA glue but here it was needed. Light weight balsa was jumping all over the place.

    Lets see. I need screws, lag/lug bolts for scale appearance on aluminum wing shrouding at fuse connection area, engine cowling, dash screws, tiny little screws for foot pedal controls, seat mounting, etc. Some 3/4" 1-72 (?) bolts for some scale bits and pieces.

    I was wondering about that. I have the little 00-90 wrench/nut driver in several of my shopping carts. Nobody can fill the complete order at the moment. Still looking around.

    Got a few small things done today. I found out 00-90 screws and bolts are an absolute pain to order. I want Phillips head, hex head, hex nuts and at least 2 lengths. No one has everything. Door hinge work here.

    Getting low on wing bolts. I buy these thumb screw knobs from McMaster Carr. A piece of 3/8" tubing keeps the nylon bolt from snapping while they are pressed into the knob.

    Amazing. Called Sherline today to order some mill parts (bent y axis lead screw, misc) and ended up talking in depth with tech support person about mill upgrades. Turns out he is building a Nelitz Cub as well and we ended up talking for over an hour. I have a new friend!!!

    Way too big (troublesome) of a boot. Eliminated the scale 2 piece design and trying something close in a 1 piece design.
