Should slap some labels over the switches like "ROLLING HARRIER" or "TORQUE ROLL"

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

Jitter isn't something to do with the connection between your receiver and your servo, it's generally caused by position variances in servo gear teeth, particularly HV and high res servos. The POT see's the slight movement on the output arm and tells the motor to readjust the position to bring...

It's not an actual part number yet, though we are supposed to receive a shipment of them for soon that will be available at any Hitec retailer for purchase. In the meantime, Servo City has a boosted extension you can purchase: https://www.servocity.com/12-boosted-extension Please note that...

I did the baffles on my 91" Slick out of Depron and the baffles on my 107" Yak and 126" Extra out of the creative foam and the baffles on the 91" Slick have melted big time compared to the creative foam. You will like the creative foam, it's a lot more robust than Depron and cuts pretty clean...

    Smoke System for Electric planes

There is only one system out there that I know of but it adds a ton of weight and will strip your airplane of every good flying characteristic it has. If I recall correctly, the unit weighed something close to 1.5lb with all of the tubing and the heating element and then you have to use a smoke...

    Hangar 9 3.1M Sukhoi

The HSB-9380TH is a lot more precise, accurate, has more holding power, and draws way less current than the HS-7950TH. It's better in every way than the 7950- the only thing the HS-M7990TH has over the HSb-9380TH is the torque value and I'd be willing to bet the 9380 will give the 7990 a run for...

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

Decided to take the 91" out yesterday since it has not been flown in several months. I was a little worried the DA70 might not start easily but it was up and roaring within a handful of flips!! I still need to move some weight rearward, she's definitely nose heavy. Had a little incident with...

Well it's good you found that out now  Seems like the easiest solution is going to either add an angled shim in place over the firewall or do some trickery with the structure...

That CB400 has a built in regulator then? Pretty neat you can plug 3S directly into it. Do you know if the CB400 can listen to Sbus?

Up/Down thrust just depends on where the engine is placed in relation to the centerline of the airplane... Or so I thought, I could just be talking out of my rear here...

I have one of these as well, we use it profusely because of our offroad rigs (always airing tires up and down), works great.
