The site isn't to hate on a company. It's to provide support, help, and generally be a fun place for 3D Lovers to hang out. You can still get banned for over "bashing" a company. Best thing to do is not acknowledge the companies that you do not like.

So as time goes on the site will be faster at loading, and from what I am understanding it is slow because you do not have a big server yet? Is this correct?

The site isn't to hate on a company. It's to provide support, help, and generally be a fun place for 3D Lovers to hang out. You can still get banned for over "bashing" a company. Best thing to do is not acknowledge the companies that you do not like.

Very well put Chad. Trust me when I say it's not easy for me to keep mouth closed about it sometimes... but I've decided to do the one thing I can control, and that is my actions! I don't buy their stuff, and we've made this site so we as a community can get away from their sponsored forum site.

I've implemented some caching optimizations and other mechanisms to speed up the site.
We don't have the resources of other large R/C forums, so we're ramping up as time and resources allow.
You should start to see some improvement over the next hour or so. If we don't, I'll take other measures to improve the performance.
Everything is so new that we're taking small steps to improve.
