The weather was playing nice last night so I moved a table outside and worked on my slick in the afternoon sun. Got my rudder hooked up and tank installed.

I removed some Robart style hinges on a wing. I really cheated on the ones in open bays. After cutting through both side at the pin and separating the two halves, I grabbed the ones in the open bays from the back side and gave them a couple of good squeezes with a pliers. That broke off the exposed glue. Then I just gave them a good twist from behind that they broke loose and pushed right out clean as a whistle. The ones that I couldn't get to from behind I did with a soldering pencil.

Well the Viper ST is coming along. Got the cowl done bolted together and everything glued up looks good. Just have to order the mufflers from J-Teck and then make the holes for them and it will be done except for paint. Got the landing gear in and made up some aluminum washers to help support everything.
do not remember hoe suggested Locktite 9462 but that stuff is great. It was suggested to use Goop to glue ply wood to fiberglass. But after some testing this stuff is fantastic, and it is strong. Made up some small test pieces what a difference if you are using plywood and fiberglass this is the stuff to use. I delive it was @Jetpainter hoe suggested it thanks.
