And hey I have a smaller trailer now so I am defiantly having to be confident not only in my flying but manhood!:)lol

Check around with some of the fab shops in your area. I buy all of mine from one that keeps all his cutoff pieces from big jobs and sells them to me at scrap aluminum price. Some of the pieces may be half of a 4x8 sheet in size even. It's amazing how much $100 will get you at scrap prices.

3D Aviator, no need to etch the aluminum prior to coating, just a good cleaning with MEK. Give Glenn Davis at FG International a call - he's a great guy and can answer any questions you have. 888.507.8762

Got the floor in my trailer epoxied today...a few days drying time and I can start installing all my L-track tie down systems.

Here she is, my new plane hauler. Not much to look at and needs a little work but sure beats only hauling one plane in the truck with the tailgate down. It had been sitting for a few years under some trees and has a nasty film on it.

Washed it up this morning and tore out some 2x4's used as ladder racks. Needs new clearance lights and it already has two new tires because I didn't make it but 5 miles down the road.:(

No you don't get a BMW . IT halls the butt and will out corner any truck or suv . I have seen him going down the road and I wouldn't want to try and keep up
