New EFI DA-120 shown at WRAM

Wonder if a less costly retrofit package is available or how much it would cost to get our current 120's updated.

My 120 just happens to be free of an airframe right now but me thinks the update would be just as much or more as a new standard version.
Just send it up to me Kelly, I'll put it to good use for you! I have an airframe with no power plant.

@Jetpainter I do believe whatever red line uses in their oil works very well. My 120 could still be considered low time with only 22 gallons through it but it still looks brand new. My phone takes crappy pics but the spark plugs got changed at 7 gallons. The original plugs looked grey like the side of a Navy ship from all the aluminum dust from break in. I run 32:1 and the rings are no worse for it.

Looks like a small K&N air filter could be used for those dust conditions . I have seen the video of the DA 120 efi testing in Oct in a Yak54 , it was very smooth and seamless in the slow speed transition while hovering and during full throttle flight . This should prevent a lot of tail slides damage from hitting the runway :fist_pump:
