we compete over space in the model room, are you using my batteries again? Wheres the glue? You never put anything back!

Which airplanes are you bringing? Make up your mind! I need to load the truck!

Get out of bed i want to get there early for once! Lol

Glad to see this thread pop back up. Few weeks ago, my wife and I were having some pillow talk, things were happening in the month of March that were testing us both, nothing serious, just life reaching out testing us, funds wise $$$. Well we were chatting, and I mentioned I may just head down to Joe Nall for a couple days, instead of the full week, this woman sets straight up in bed, looks down at me and says, honey you come back from Nall, takes you a few days to dry out, and then all I hear about is you going back next year, your going, and go have fun. I almost cried (really) but I thought self, she's in a giving mood, so as she laid back down, I rolled over kissed her on the cheek, and said baby what about a new truck, her reply was Nall or new truck, your choice. I'll see you fella's at Nall in a few weeks. Yeah baby I gots me a keeper, if only she loved Rc planes like @Firefly , that's right @rodman I ain't forgot ya'll:lol2:

I never remarried. I figured I can't afford to get divorced how the hell can I afford to get remarried. None the less my divorce was not over the hobby. When I was married it was mainly the time away from home. During my 12 year marriage 9 years of it was spent at sea in the Navy. I think if you have a true loving wife then she wants you happy! The ones trying to make themselves happy are the ones most likely to have discourse with the hobby. But don't be fooled. Most women in marriage are the money managers like it or not. A good wife will check your spending and advise of same. Hobby junk, beer or whatever! She loves you!

I am extremely lucky and I know it. My wife totally supports my plane addiction, she loves the Harley and rides with me, lets me buy all the pistols I want and go shoot them, etc....

She got me a JR 10X for our first anniversary! That was a while ago and those were new then. She also lets me fly every weekend or any time I want to.
