hello AKNick,
i have the same model with the same engine.
Your constructed parts are simply perfect
Is it possible to get all filament parts for you as *.stp or. *.igs?
I can also make a PayPal donation
best regards andreas

Thank you for the compliment! I cannot say they are perfect, but they will work. Might have to sand the printed part a little bit to get the proper clearance and also the fiberglass cowl excess fibers or resin. There is a couple small imperfections in the CAD work, but it still prints out and looks pretty darn good. I don't normally post stuff until my design is fully completed and installed.

I'll have to see what format I can send it in - I haven't used .stp or .igs before. My program is a little different than most, but I can post the .stl on Thingiverse.

Hello Nick,

Thank you very much, I'm looking forward to printing and adapting your parts.
Please inform me when you have posted the parts on thingiverse
it doesn't have to be *.stp or *.iges i can read almost all formats
Can you send me your PayPal address?
Are you satisfied with the model and engine with 2 in 1 exhaust?

Well. The holes were a bit too wide for everything to line up despite them being oversized. Also, I must have miscalculated the thrust angle. Instead of 2.5 it should be closer to 3.5°.

I was able to elongate the holes strategically to make it work and increase the angle at the same time. A little bummed the bolts didn’t just fall into place. But hey, it all worked out in the end with the canister not being perfectly centered, and custom made my own canister mounts.
Overall I am pleased for this being quite customized for me. Here are a bunch of pics.

Sometimes it is not perfect, but in the end if it fits and does the job everything is ok. Looks good but surprised how much weight a canister system is.

Hello, there is heat-resistant PLA up to 230 degrees for the baffles.

Thanks for the link @anaign - from the looks of it, this product is similar to a product here I'm looking into HTPLA from Proto-Pasta in the USA, it requires annealing to crystallize the plastic to create a more heat resilient product. Anything using a higher temp filament will require substantial upgrades to the printer.

Sorry I haven't posted the baffles yet, kinda resisting posting it for free for everyone. I have yet to receive a "tip" from any upload I've ever created which makes me wonder why I do it other than just being a nice guy. :epic:
