3DHS 84" Bigfoot Build Log

Hey Snowdog bummer on the maiden crash, But I agree with Plow lol She doesn't look too bad at all for going in like that so I know you'll have her all back together soon, Beautiful Job on the plane she looks beautiful and looked awesome in the sky, So it was all well worth it.

Thank you for having the decency to catch that on video! And I know you realize that the plane will fly much better now that you've taker the pesky newness off of her!! :D

LOL...that's funny! And yes, with the newness gone I can fly it harder! The decency of catching that flight on video is nothing compared to the pride-deflating cost of actually posting it for others to see! :crying: but if it helps one other person avoid the same mistake, it will be worth it.

I'll be posting pics of my "rebuild" here as well, so stay tuned.

That sucked seeing the crash. That kinda made me feel sick. It looks bad.
Hope you can get that guy patched up and back in the air. It is a different Beast!

Bigfoot is a wild monster.
After I got the first few flights off of mine I started trying to hover it up kind of high. I dropped out of a hover and tried a tail slide. It dropped like a rock for about 20 feet. I saved it with power about 5 feet off the ground. I sold it the next weekend. I ended up buying it back, becuase I missed her snapping at my head. Very ornery girl!

I have to make some repairs to my BF after my maiden incident.

The White is pretty easy, UltraCote White.

The Red is a different story...there is True Red, Flame Red, and Deep Red. I'm thinking it is Flame Red, but I'd like input from others.

The manual does not specify the colors.
