The "Uncle Bacon" thing is part of a long standing back and forth rally with a buddy of mine from England. We both love bacon and I always tease him that he can't get our thick cut, maple cured, Canadian bacon that trounces anything they can get over the pond. Thanks for the kind comments on the video and as Joe has pointed out, Harv is a Team Pilot (along with Joe and Kody) who fly for Aztech Aeromodels owned by Azhar. http://store.aztechaeromodels.com/store/

Harv is actually a jet turbine technician and works on helicopters for a living. A very bright young man with a talented set of thumbs and he's a super nice guy to boot!
