The wings themselves are very rigid. It’s the cabin structure supporting those huge wings what worries me. Thanks guys!!

VIDEO! :fist_pump: Enjoy!:epic: This is about 30min of video compressed into 5min. Got a couple flights in before the tide was going to leave me stranded, so I packed it up and headed home. The wind was calm in the video, and was a beautiful day on Oct 13th. GoPro Session camera doesn't give...

Basically a steel pin with a step in it. Pin goes through the attaching part into the fixed part that has a retained hollow disc magnet. Hard to explain, but if you look up skywing magnetic pins you’ll get the idea. Same concept with magnetic fuel dots On a different note I was playing with a...

I know... keeps the cost down I suppose. I just had a blind nut fail in one wing half so yes... I dislike the time it takes to take them on and off. The lower fuse bolts are tricky to slip in place with the XCub gear. I was thinking of glass coated foam struts with blocks in them for 4-40/M3...

No luck finding an offset arm? Most don’t make a 3” offset, you’ll have to get a 3.5” offset.

I hope sooner than later. Weather has been terrible for flying unfortunately. Extended forecast is no better. It’s going to be a waiting game that’s for sure. Nothing worse than having a beautiful plane just sitting there and being grounded due to weather... and life chores... #adulting.

Once I got the servo wire in the slot, mine fit pretty good/snug. It’s rare I get a servo to fit in the mfgrs slot the way I want it to ha ha.

Darn!! You should be able to make it no problem though. Flat stock aluminum should be easy. Or make your own version! I’m even thinking about making a music wire type. Kindof like J&J makes.

Here is a snippet photo from the gopro footage. Pretty fun in an open space!! CG feels nice. Hovers are locked in surprisingly. I took off and landed in all of that area in the picture. It can handle it great.

Went out to the beach!!!! Got 1/2hr of flying in before the tide got to me. I have some GoPro video to edit. Golly I love this plane even more now. Definitely going to make a 3” tail wheel eventually. My 2” was getting drug around in the sand.

My first (largest) leaf I just noticed was a bit bent. Note I’m on my 13th flight by then. Lots of touch and goes. So yeah. Add something. Or make your own tail wheel spring.

Should fly great with either engine. I also had the purple fuel dot LOL! Couldn’t do it, so used Tim’s Blue magnetic fuel dot instead. The only thing to think about with the PMs is the shaft splines are shallower (shorter) than other brands. So some servo arms may not fit. Kindof annoying. I...

Did a wingtube hang, empty. It weighs 19.3lbs level flight on the tube. 19.5 with two 2550 2S LiPos. Excellent for hanging a 76cc twin up front. Weighs 1.5 pounds less than my 110” timber with a 55cc LOL!!

Nope! Just the one for the first opening in from of the tunnel where they made that neat air exit baffling. They even integrated an air dam into the cowling. Thought about opening up the air dam area in the cowl. But sometimes efficient airflow is better than a lot? With the strait muffs I don’t...

I do like it the way it is. It’s springy but yet rigid enough. So if your plane is 20-21lbs like mine... maybe worth whistling up another leaf.
