    Sorry guys. Not much new to report. Been too busy the last couple days to make it out to the shop. But I didn't manage to find some of the filler recommended by @Terryscustom . My local Lowes store had it in stock.

    Started cutting some wood tonight. Let the games begin! Which brings me to my next question. I plan on using Titebond III for most of the balsa to balsa joints. Can I mix in Microballoons with the Titebond for better gap filling when needed?
