    I should have brought my IR thermometer. It would have been good to know just how hot it gets. Also, the temp will tend to climb a bit after the flight ends before it cools back off.

    I bolted my 35 on a plane without any mods and have been loving it ever since. If I had the ring in-hand when I bought the engine I probably would have changed it out but I have not had any reason to regret NOT doing it either. Mine wasn't broke, so I didn't fix it ;)

    I finally got a chance to start looking at the pics and vids I took. There are some nice photos but my video looks horrible. I should have had AKfreak fix me up with better camera settings ;) I'll post them but the planes look like blobs... rarely in focus. Hopefully AKfreak, @Ahblair...

    Turnout is fairly low so far but we are expecting a lot more people tomorrow. Most guys have already called it for today. Some will probly come back tonight for some night flying. I have taken lots of pics. There has been a lot of good flying... just not that many pilots doing it.
