    What you want to do is to go onto their website and get an idea what the recommended motors weigh and what their kv 's are. Then you can see what your motor is a suitable substitute for. If the kv is off by much it will mean different prop sizes. Let us know if you need more info about the...

    @net flyer I'm sure you will be ok. I don't see a reason to want to laminate the two mounts together. Just pick one and use it. No point adding the weight of a second one. Just my opinion.

    In that instance I used the stock plastic arms with the CF extensions attached. If you are going to use aluminum arms you shouldn't need CF extensions. Edit: I didn't get the whole question in my mind on the first pass lol. The round aluminum arms should work great with the CF extensions...
