I think Rand was nuts. She was right about a few things. But the book, although thought provoking, is totally rediculous. Before you flame me... I am a capitalist through and through. I just don't like her brand of egoism. I do tend to like the philosophy of Jesus the best. Society...

AKfreak I don't think that is true based on trying to find out all afternoon (I could be wrong). The DA 50, dle 55 are the same. DA 60 may be the same as those two as well. I think the DLE is a wider pattern by at least two mm.

Does anyone know the distance between the bolt holes of a DLE 61 muffler? Also, maybe a shortcut... does anyone know anywhere that makes a header for the DLE 61 for a canister setup?

Quick shout out to Dennis (@superstocktx). Thanks again for all your help and advice. I re-maidened my aerobeez slick yesterday with the refurbished dle 35. It runs better now with the new ring than it ever did with the stock one. I can't wait to see what happens when it is all broken in...

Discussion Which airplane for my next step to aerobatics?

Actually I would take the aerobeez extra over their slick. I have the slick and it is ok, but it doesn't even belong in the same conversation with the AJ Slicks. Totally different characteristics with AJ'S version being far superior. I have heard very good things about their extras though. I...

DLE 35 RA Mods- Reed Valve, Bowman Ring, Single Post prop adapter

Fellas I just went through replacing the bearings in this engine after sustaining a straight-in nose down crash a few weeks back. My motor had been running a little rough on the low end for a while and finally gave me a dead stick when I was vulnerable (nose up about 30 ft high). You know the...

One Year After I Flew My First RC Plane, Here is 6 Mins of Fun With A Crack Laser

Cool Tom. Those first couple of years learning to fly 3d are really fun... especially if you have a lot of time to practice. Keep it up!

I can see both sides as well but ultimately agree that better choices could be made on the hardware. I don't know if EF is locked into any particular combination of hardware sourcing or what... if they are they must feel the overall value of the product is worth it to the customer to pay their...

Pilot 35% Extra 260 Half Build

Rolling harriers are not a basic move... Don't feel inferior if you have not mastered them yet. It takes a LOT of practice to get those down... more of a rite of passage than a basic move.

I got the dle 35 all back together last night with the new ring and bearings installed. Boy does it have a truck load of compression! I can't wait to run it again!
