    Basically you dig up around the walls, in my case I plan to cut at 24" from wall, remove concrete and fill, drill weep holes in bottom of block, add drain channel to wall and footer, add gravel and internal drain pipe, add pit and pump. Hopefully the basement is dry!!!

    Where did you order it from? The Toni Clark web site shows.35 sq mm, that's where I came up with the 28 gauge. I didn't see any other wire listed.

    Maybe someone will buy the business and carry the torch but I suspect declining sales had something to do with it as well. The interest is waning in giant scale which is really sad.
