I hope to get back to the build of it here soon. Been working on other porjects and mainly renovating the shop. Past few weeks I have been doing a shop renovation. You can see the diseray in the first picture. This shed had a ton of old wood paneling that was warped like hell and made the shop dark and musty. Went back with OSB for most of it other than one wall that I put 3 sheets of extra drywall up...

Next project underway. With how tight it is getting a pair of 6S packs in there to make the 12S setup I'm going to sell the XPWR setup and go with the new T-motor setup that is designed to be 6S. So anyone need a XPWR 30cc with standoffs and Castle ESC?

I'm up in the air pn this for power. It's designed around a DLE55 or DA50. Sadly without a pitts style muffler lots of the cowl would need to be cut up so i'm seriously thinking of going to a 60cc electric setup.

The plane I designed was originally based around the Flite Test Simple Scout. I designed a 56" version first which still needs to be built. In working with Ben Fisher from Extreme Flight he expressed interest in the plane and suggested we scale it up so thats what we did. in the process we...

Couple of photo's of the prop installed on the plane. I'm very pleased with the results, enough so that I'm going to do props for 3 other planes as well.

Scribing the elevator for where to bevel it to. Help using the small hand plane. Next pass I was told I know how and she did it on her own. She was super excited here that we got to pull out all of the pins and remove it from the build surface. She also found it fun to just pull the pins out...

Best day ever yesterday. My daughter had asked a few months back on a camping trip if she could help build an airplane. When we got home I got this glider kit out and told her it is her plane that we will build. Yesterday we finally got started on it. Here is everything to get started. She went...

Have done a good bit of work in fusion 360 this week during my lunch breaks working towards the conversion of this old Kraft radio. Here I have the case of it modeled and I have designed an adapter plate to use the modern gimbals as well as digital trims from my taranis. Been quite a lot of fun...
