    TNT has aluminum landing gears for the 89, the plane dosen't look as cool as with the carbon but the aluminum gear does the job very well, it might be better than carbon. I have one and I'm not going back to carbon. Some weight penalty but if funtions very well on all terrains.

    But do you know the voltage he is using. because at 7.4 volts it will deliver over 600 oz/in.

    Will a single HITEC 7980 on 6 volts ( 500 oz/in ) be good enough to steer the 104 rudder? Thank you for your help. Humberto

    I got some interesting info from one of the probro. He mention a hot blade, (the ones that you use to burn wood with) will melt the glue and then wipe it off. I'm going to try it and find out.

    If you take the time and think about the best way to repair your plane, you will do it. I made a template for that particular part and then I said the hell with it and built it very simple. Here are some pictures. I scerwewed up and post the pictures twice.I think that this way it is stronger...

    I'm flying the Falcon 29 X 9 but I have the Vess wood prop. I guess that I will have to find out, I'm very conservative and hardly run my engine at full trottle.

    To far to find out that my DA 120 on stock mufflers is to loud. Have to find out if ARCA or TRI City have a DB meter to check my engine sound level. Otherwise I'll go to burn some fuel at my local strip.
