3DHS --FLY LOW-- Always OFF TOPIC

Yea that was kinda a once in a long while deal. I was asking about larger servos for my 74 Edge and one of the older heli guys chimed in and said "I've got some you might like, they are just extras but I don't have a need for them right now." Sort of right place at the right time.:) That was...

74" Edge with some 3DRCF swag...

I kinda like the assemetrical look. Of course my 74" Edge is Red and Silver and I have some (other) vinyl for it. For a 74" though I think the swag should be a bit bigger. Looks great, any way to get these in other colors? The red will work for me but some have very different colored planes.

    Hey Guys!

Not to mention he make awesome custom parts too. I got a set of plugs so I don't have to epoxy my LG in my 48" 3DHS Edge. Work perfect and were very light weight also. Thanks to Steve T for making up the drawings, I think this made things easier for Craig.

    I have a problem!!

Ken is great to deal with, and TOP Notch customer service. Any plane I have that I like (read didn't crash first few flights out) gets one. I think I have 15 of his motors now. I am in the same boat as Powerlines (need another job to finance the rest of the motors I need for the rest of the...

Chad if you want the same thing watch the heli forums for Align 610MG's, same thing just rebranded. Heli guys with 700's sometimes get rid of them for some reason, sometimes pretty durn cheap too. I got 4 from a guy at my field, brand new in the box for $200. Not meaning to undermine you...

Man I wish we could have made it for your Huckfest there at your home field, but with the wife's knee surgery and Iassac we were just covered up, had all intentions and plans on attending. Sadly I will be back at sea for the ARCA Hucktoberfest and I'll miss that one too. Duty calls...

Matt I am not exactly for sure but I think the Savox 1258 (Align 610M are what I use on larger planes) the Aligns can be had for around $200 for 4 of them. Not sure if this is the same size as the servos for the 89 or not. The Align servos are made by Savox and rebranded.

I've always wondered about that Ben. How did that come about? From bashing together (assembly from no set of plans) models from Blucor foam? Or was it from Bashing them as in busting them up? Just curious. Someone once asked a long time ago on the other site.
