    exactly what i used to do. I find using my thumb on the left stick gives me better throttle control, but slightly less rudder control :( i pinched the right stick for more precison though. i need to get longer sticks for my dx5e because on spektrum radios the sticks are too inset for good...

    Yeah I know what you mean. The RF6 at my LHS has an aeroworks 150cc bipe on it and it flies so well. It was like flying a faster, way moe powerful crack yak. Compared to the 51, which flew like a turd.

    Yeah phoenix is a bit unrealistic. I flew the beast and if you cut the throttle and bang on the elevator it gets like 10 rotations LOL. I don't think it does that in real life.............

    Hey jason, welcome. This is an awesome site and you will definitely love it. My advice on rollers is to watch the 3d tutorial videos and match the stick movements. I practice that about 5 times a day and I hope to be able to do rollers on the sim soon. I am also learning rolling harriers as well :)

    No its a pencil tip. The hobby shop uses one for EC3 and Deans so I think I'm okay ;)
