    Just put a Walbro carb on the DLE 20 and this was the first and last flight after doing so. Come to find out the clunk line was stiff as a board, I had run fuel with ethanol in it but changed it out as soon as I found out. I have a tank in one of my birds with a Viton clunk line and no problems.

    The goopy stuff on the gasket can be from the ethanol in the fuel as it draws in moisture, which is why I use only ethanol free fuel in my planes and even in my lawn equipment to avoid having problems like these.     I have been using Stihl Ultra HP in my engines from the start, I mix it with 98 octane ethanol free gas. Engines run awesome!
