I go there every 2 or 3 years. It's soo busy now I keep saying i won't go back. I don't fly, just watch.
Have agree with you it is becoming a zoo. A number of years back we really loved it a lot of people but nice and organized you could still get things done and get around with out being run over and we stayed the hole week. But last couple years it has become so busy and so many people it is not as enjoyable as it use to be. That’s why we are leaving on Thursday because of that by the time Thursday rolls around the line ups to fly is well over 1/2 hour and every body’s bring scooters, four wheelers and golf carts and it becomes chaos. And the dust from the road around the min line is just terrible.

For those that have been there, I have a question. It appears there is ample open RV camping without hook-ups, at least that is how I read it on the website. Can anyone verify this as I don't need to hook up just be able to park somewhere? Also, if anyone knows, is there a dump station?

There is more than enough space to camp the place is huge. A few hook ups exist but there are like 1000 people trying to get a hookup and there are like only about 50 to be had, so good luck. There’s is a dumb station at the main line somewhere but do not know exactly. But what we do is during the week the honey wagon shows up and makes the rounds we just flag him down to get pumped out we’re ever you are. Cannot remember the cost but I think it was $20 bucks. There also some people running around delivering water. That is not difficult there will be some close to you who has some kind of water delivery system and they will more than willing to help you out. Last year the person next to us had a four wheeler with a water tank and pump and it worked great, the people at JoeNall are great and are always very willing to help.

Thanks Snoop. I'll only be there 2 or 3 days and will be fine with everything, just prefer to empty the sewage before traveling. Mostly just want to see what the place is like and being as there are a few comments about it becoming a mad house towards the end of the week, don't wanna be there for that.

That is the reason why we are leaving on Thursday morning. By the time Thursday rolls around we have seen everything. And the best flying is from Saturday to Tuesday and most or the big boys show up Wednesday and on. Will see you there.

There is a pump station to get rid of your sewage but to the best of my knowledge there is only on and with the amount of people there you will most likely be in quite a long line. That is why we normally pump out Wednesday and what is left for the rest of week we drag back with us.

Depending on how it goes, with the on site facilities, I might be able to wait on the dump. But if there is someone coming around I would gladly pay as well. I won't be there past Tuesday or Wednesday, depends on how much time the wife take's off.
Is there someone that could make up some GSN flags? We could put one at our site so others can see there is a GSN'er there, and stop by and say hi. Would also be good advertisement.

That is not a bad idea, there was a representative from GSN there last year at the 3D line . He brought me my GSN Tshirt. He had all kinds of stuff for JoeNall, I just cannot remember hoe it was. He would be the person to help us out but he has not said a word jet on this forum. Hope logs in .

Thanks for the heads up on the time to leave and waste. I got a port a potty and small holding tank for water. Wife bailed so don't need much. So I'll be camping by an out house! 80* here today thinking of DE-winterizing the camper
head to a state park for weekend and do some hiking. Got fatter over the winter for sure.
