Made good progress on the Mulligan, but not so much on the baby Pitts.
Rain headed this way for the next couple of days, so I should be able to finish Mulligan.

Started the "Recovery" process on my Cap232EX . At least all the power system components and flight control components were unscathed. The elevator servo arm came off when the screw backed out just as I was powering up in a dive to do a parachute. Really caught me off guard and I did not throttle back . Sounded just like a balsa plane on impact. OUCH! I will definitely be getting another one . I've been getting over 10 minute 3D flights with it on a 5000mah 6S. My new Jet going to have to wait .

Well there is one good thing about foam it crumbles really good and saves all the equipment. That looks Painful. At least you got an excuse to get another plane.

And testament that the wood sub structure makes them really strong. Impact was so hard it snapped the CF wing tube in half but the wings are still in one piece. Only damage was the attachment former glued to the left wing popped out.
Excuses or not I GOT to have me another one .

Hopefully they still make it if it was made by Horizon it would be obsolete after year and you cannot get parts.

Still deciding if I am going to get all the parts I would need and custom paint them or just get a complete new one. The cost of all the parts needed is about 360.00. A new one right now is 425.00 plus free shipping. Leaning towards a new one.
