I'm burning Aero Cumulus smoke oil, pumping with a Sullivan Sky Writer with my own preheaters and Bisson smoke injectors on my 111.



The trick I've learned is you need to get the oil as hot as possible and then atomize it the best you can into the Mufflers, then play with the speed of the pump to get the most smoke with the least mess.



Here are some pics of my current preheaters, this is an ever changing design as I'm looking for the best way to do it. The next evolution is I have devised a way to get the preheaters inside the muffler and do a better job of atomizing the oil. When I get them made I'll post some pics of them!!
