The extreme yak flew great! But I froze my butt off at the freeze fly.
Now on to the real build. I was wondering about where I could get a cowl that would fit.A buddy suggested using one I had in the basement from an old TOC yak!

Of course he a funny guy! Got the wings repair and sanded out.

Set the fuse insidence then the wing. A couple of holes later and the wings are on!

Does anyone know where I can get a 40% cowl for this edge? Aerowrks doesn't make a 40% anymore.according to their website.
I was thinking about maybe a pilot or a PAU would fit. What do you guys think?

I think I would try Tony Tan of Pilot first. His is more apt to fit than probably any one else's. Tony is one of the coolest guys I know.

Cool...hope the numbers are a direct bolt on match for that cowl. Dang, that covering is pretty righteous. Very pretty....
